* Who this course if for: This foundational course is designed for adults with an interest in the disease process and proper Dr Sebi fasting whether you have lots experience fasting or have never fasted. I guarantee you will learn information that no one else is teaching.

* What will you learn? In the recorded masterclasses, you will learn about science of disease then how to fast the Sebi way in detail  and even fasting modifications

* What if you have questions about the content? The live Q&As are available to get your questions addressed or clarify a topic. Purchase a Q&A pass only after you  have watched all the masterclasses included in this course. 

* How is the course set up? Content is presented via online recorded masterclasses offered in a self-guided format. The course begins Nov 29th. Access to course contents ends Dec 30th, 2021. The fasting template is yours to keep. 

* What's involved? The participant will be expected to open emails, review assigned content, complete any relevant assignments. The commitment is a minimum of 30 mins daily during duration of the course (7 days)
